Download Android 7.0 Nougat Firmware For Galaxy J7 (2016)
Download all above listed ZIP files to your computer or laptop and transfer zip file to Galaxy J5 root of your SD card
Switch OFF your Samsung Galaxy J5 and Enter TWRP Recovery mode by pressing Volume Up +Menu + Power buttons together and do full wipe Cache and Dalvik (everything except SD card)
From Recovery Menu, use Volume Up or Down button for navigation
